A friend who dropped tailoring offered 43 crates of components to my vendor. I retrieved 28 of them without problem, then when I came to retrieve the rest with much more room than needed in my bag i got 15 of the following messages : 'The item no longer exists. Your bank has been reimbursed for the amount of the sale price of this item'.

All the items had been on the vendor for 10 minutes and in my stockroom for 5... And I lost 15 crates and got back 15 credits for them. I sent a ticket of course and I hope for a reply, but how often does this stuff happen? I'm never asking people to drop things on my vendor anymore...

Ok I scrolled down and saw the other thread, but is there any luck I will get my stuff back? It's really aggravating.

The CSR said they can't help. Is it a known problem and is something being done to fix it?

Its a known problem, and it only happens AFAIK when you multi-select items and then retrieve them, and your inventory is not big enough to accomodate all the items.

I ALWAYS make sure I have enough room in my inventory before retrieving items. I don't believe single item retrievals have this problem.
