Wait for maint to eat or see if a CSR will help out. Is it empty? A CSR might be more willing to help if it is empty.

a vendor is considered an item in the house im assuming...if im right, just pack up all your stuff and redeed and reset the house in theory it should work to rid your house of the vendor...at least i would think so ive never tried it, just a thought.

I have a vendor in abuilding that I run. The owner has quit playing SWG. How can I get this babbling vendor out of my building?
