Ok, I have a scenerio and I want some advice on how I can maintane some control over it. I just got business 3 for artisan and will have business 4 here real soon. Someone wants me to place a vendor in their house, and is willing to pay me for it. However, what would prevent them from banning me from the house and quit paying me for the merchant? Can I drop the skill and they loose the merchant and items or can I recall my merchant remotely? Basicly I want to know what I can do to protect my investment. Thank you in advance.

Well if they don't let you in the vendor doesn't get stocked or paid. They can't do that. Only you can.

Exactly. He or she cannot stock his or her own vendor, and all the credits go to you. So... without admin the worst that could happen to you is that you lose access to the vendor entirely and the person who hired you gets absolutely nothing from the arrangement, credits-wise. If someone were really villainous, he or she could ban you from the house just so you won't be able to destroy your vendor and therefore you would be unable to place another vendor until the original ran out of maintenence - but I think that would be really devious and really unproductive.

Actually in this arrangement YOU have all the power because YOU load the vendor and the fees go to YOU so the other person has to trust YOU to hand over the money.

... not to mention the ability to leave the vendor up forever as an eyesore.
