Let me explain this situation. I am a master merchant, so I know how to initialize a vendor. Two days ago, I placed, initialized, and paid 2 months maintenence on 4 new vendors. Yesterday I placed uniforms on then. Today, I went to stock them with items. When I chose "Use" from the vendor radial, the message came up that "Vendor not Initialized". It did this on all 4 vendors. None of them have the initialize option on their radials anymore, and when I examine them, they seem to be operating normally. Even more odd, I can place a new vendor next to them, initialize it, and use it normally. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, is there a workaround or solution to make these 4 vendors work?

Something simliar happened to me, I placed a new vendor, feed it maintenence, left for a bit to gather the items to sell on it. Loaded up the vendor and everything was fine. Came back 5 hours later and now its saying Vendor Not Initialized and all my stuff is on it. My other vendors still work fine. I submitted a CSR ticket, but I would like a faster solution/workaround if possible. I would hate to lose a million dollars worth of stuff.

Happened to me the other night. Same scenario, placed vendor, paid fees, tried accessing vendorthrough the use botton..."Vendor Not Initialized." Grrrr...I had to pick up and re-place the vendor 6 times before it actually worked (and still works) as it should.

That sucks...don't know what to tell you if there are already items in the vendor. Maybe at server reset it'll work right.

Have you tried logging out and back in? Or waiting for a server restart?

I tried everything. I spoke to the CSR last night who said that they can attempt to reintialize the vendor on their side, however by he said that most of the time your items do not come back. I just deleted my vendor and ate the $800k+ ofstuffthat was on it.

This is happening to me. I keep placing a vendor and put in maint, but when I try and put something in it it says "Vendor Not Initailzed" even though I had initialized it. Grrrr. I have tried deleting and replacing. Sometimes it works, and other times it doesn't.

I had this problem the other night too. I placed two new vendors and one of them didn't work right. I realized it was because they had the same name. I deleted one of them and placed a new one with a different name. That fixed my problem.
