what could be the problem if i lost this all the armor i just lost over a 1 million credits what do i do?

I have 2 vendors in my merchant tent. Anything I place on my human female npc vendor is there (damned good thing too cos this is my resources vendor) and all works fine, BUT anything I place on my wookiee female npc never shows as being there. Luckily I was in process of moving my vendors, so I had just started placing items on the wookiee vendor when I noticed they weren't showing up for sale after they disappeared from my inventory during me stocking the vendor. I only lost about 10 crates of droid batteries and a single tent, but still. What gives?
