Does anyone have a list of what vendors become available at what skill box? Can I get an NPC vendor at Biz 4? Which races become available to hire at which steps?

NPC vendors of the playable races are avilable at Novice Merchant. Hiring I grants you more species. Species that you find elsewhere in the game, but you can't play as.

At Business 4 you cna only place terminals or droids as vendors.
