Thread: Non-Holo Merchant Exp Question
I've read the FAQ and several stickies and I am not a holo merchant. I do have a question though: How come I don't see exp rise when people click on my vendor? I thought it was 50 exp/per view/per person/per every 10 minutes.
I don't seem to be getting that. The exp seems to roll in in chuncks but I dunno if that's the hourly 150 exp or several views of the vendor. Is this a known bug, if so what do I do about it? I don't want to lose my blonde wookie chick vendor! lol
Also, can I get exp by clicking on my own vendors or using /auctionuse ?
Sodan,
When your Vendors are browsed the person must choose a category or click refresh for you to get the XP, you should receive the XP immediatly. Remember it is capped at 50 XP per person / 10 minutes no matter how many vendors of yours they look at. Additionaly you do not get XP from yourself.
The XP was working lastnight very well. I had a large sale and the browse XP was coming in steadily.

Thank you. That's what I discovered. So the /auctionuse command mentioned in Draznar's FAQ won't get you exp, because it only bring up the the vendor window and does not actually refresh it.
Is there any way to macro exp for merchant, assuming its donw by a friend an not you? Heh. presently I am advertising free (in credit) fireworks at my shop which has an access fee. That's been working pretty well.
Does anyone know if these commands do anything? They do not seem to work on private vendors.
/auctionAccept
/auctionBid
/auctionCancel
/auctionCreate
/auctionQuery
