For any of you who play on naritus, you will probably remember when Vykkdrago did his holo raffle. Well I'm doing a dumbed down version of it. A lottery. Tickets are one credit and the jackpot is 100,000 credits. So far I've gotten a lukewarm response (20 tickets sold) but that's better then nothin.

You realize that you need 100,001 people to buy a ticket in order for you to make ANY money?

Last time I checked there are only about 300k people playing SWG total and that's across all the servers.

As a merchant, it's your responsibility to always make a profit!

Yes I am a holo merchant, but I plan to have fun with it. Some people see the holos as a huge grind but I don't. I am a combat class, so money is pretty easy for me to come by, but to get people to enter my shop without anything to sell would be a major hassle. So I'm doing this for as long as I need and I might just keep doing it after I master merchant. Not only is it fun and I'm meeting some cool people, I'm doing alot of newbies a favor by giving them a chance to make some money they couldn't do on their own.

Great idea MagicMoogle. Nice way to give back to the community. And get a little not too expensive advertising at the same time
