Thread: Vendors not responding or responding slow; Losing items

Tonite on Flurry, vendors stopped responding a number of times, causing one of my PA members to lose over a million in armor that he was stocking at the time that vendors crashed.
This is just the icing on the cake for a problem that has been frustratingly killing commerce on Flurry, and especially in my city, for a couple weeks now. The vendors are HORRIBLY slow, unresponsive, and eventually non-responsive, causing people to lose items randomly if they had the misfortune of interacting with it within a few minutes of failure.
The worst now is my PA member losing out his first run of composite armor that he made to sell after spending WEEKS getting Master Armorsmith, then painstakingly gathering superior materials, crafting high quality components and final products, just to see it poof while trying to put it on his brand new vendor. He was ready to cancel right then and there, but I convinced him to submit a ticket and try to get reimbursed or restored items. If he doesn't get any help, he WILL quit, and frankly I can't blame him.
These problems with the vendors HAVE TO STOP. If they continue, businesses will die from the unstable system. If my business dies due to these problems, I might as well quit too, as this is the reason why I play.
This is supposed to be fun, not work, and not an exercise in frustration.

Same happened to meaderon he put on 10 mines as offers to my vendor and a heap of rare resouces ALL GONE. CSR's lookin into it
