Ok, I have vendors placed in my house and want to transfer the structure to another individual so I can free up my lots of land. Am I going to lose my vendors and all of the items on the vendors?

The vendor, once placed doesn't care anything about who owns the structure or what that persons rights are in the structure. It is owned by the player who placed it and cannot be transfered in any way.

The house can change hands around it three times a day and it wont' even blink. (The fourth time the galaxy blows up..so be careful )
