As for the resource/crate bug, try re-listing the item and then wait for a server reset. Unfortunately, it'll probably be Thursday before we know if this one was squashed or not.
Today their quantities have disappeared again.
Is anyone else seeing that?
If so, re-list a couple and see if they disappear again after the next reset.
I don't sell them.
Resources show the number of units within a crate, however it shows theWRONG number.
On investigation I suspect that it is showing the amount shown in the first stack as you pile them up. For example 32k + 46k of the same steel when stacked is showing as 32k even though the total should be 78k.
However it is only showing this mistake in the inventory or when looking at the crate, the data as shown next to the name on the vendors I believe may be correct but am not 100% sure.
Vendor mails are screwed up (for resources at least)- looks like it is some code has leaked into it asthe mailsays something like;
/resource/resourcename;[aluminium (name)] (quantity)
If you use a tool like MErchants Friend - it screws up the sorting aall items now start with "resource etc etc" - though you can still see the name and quantity further along the line.

I have had this same issue lately with Steel that I have been working with. The stacks say "100k", but when you view them they are randomly what the stacks were before you dropped another on them. Sometimes with 10k added on, and sometimes just the base number.
Ie: I buyone 100k stack of steel, put in in backpack with 5212 units of steel. The "big" stack will show as 100k in the display window, but if I hover over it will say 5212, and the "small" stack says 5k but when I hover over it says 15212.
Best I can tell from the XP (grinding shipwright) I have had access to all the steel I have bought in the past few days though.
Sometimes you can get it to refresh by changing inventory views and then changing back and other times you can't.
It's probably related to the crafting experimentation bug that isn't updating the experimentation window.
I've reported both issues.
I am getting screwed ,crazy emails.
This is kinda crazy yet funny. I bought a metal bikini from myself with an alt. Then when I log on and go through my mail I see where I sold "natural weapon" to her...lol I guess they could be a weapon 
I also "sold" an E-11 Carbine in the bazaar First off I dont sell, make, deal, or own any weapons.
The email notifications are messed up. Which messes me up, cause I always restock what sells. This is really messing with my inventory control.
I Would also like to add that this has been happening randomly to my vendor and bazzar sales since before pub 20. And still is!

Found an error with 'Vendor Sale' mails. My vendor located at -1800 5383 Naboo (Eclipse) sold two piece of armour but the mails reported the following:
"Vendor VtS -Faction Armor- has sold [VtS] T21 Rifle [Limited EDT] to Wenargi Mort for 110000 credits."
"Vendor VtS -Faction Armor- has sold [VtS] T21 Rifle [Limited EDT] to Wenargi Mort for 100000 credits."
These items are not sold from my vendor, but instead from a different vendor, owned by a different character from within the same building. Having checked with the person that purchased the items he bought one rifle from a different vendor and then purchased 2 seperate pieces of armour from my vendor named [VtS]Stormtrooper Armor Leggings and [VtS]Stormtrooper Armor Helmet. The prices reported to me in the mails are correct for the items I sold, but obviously the names of the items are incorrect.
