I used to be able to do it, but now everytime i try and put st armor on my vendor, he says 'that wont fit me'

how do I get him to wear it?

Is it a Wookiee vendor or bio-linkable armor?

human vendor

I've tried it with brand new armor that hasn't been bio-linked, and armor that was bio-linked to my toon. Neither works. Does anyone know how to bio-link armor to a vendor? There isn't an option in the radia menu.

I don't know if it is supposed to work this way, but right you can not put faction armor on a vendor. I don't think it can be bio-linked to the vendor, or at least I haven't found a way to do it.

Correct.
You cannot put armor that requires bio-linking onto a vendor.
I assume it is the same for bio-link weapons but I don't know for sure.

I have reported it (and it's in the top issues) but there has been no clarification on whether it's a bug or working as intended.

Mabari, Composite, Tantel, Marauder, Bone, Padded definatly do not have bio-linking, possibly RIS too. They should all work on vendors.
