If I drop a vendor in my house, then drop all artisan skills, would i still be able to BUY delivered items off it?

I know that if you drop the skills you cant place any new items up for sale, but if I have people delivering auction winnings will I still be able to pick them up off it?? no guides cover it that I could find.

any solid answers are apreciated

While I don't know for sure, I would imagine that you would still be able to buy offered items.

However, with no items on sale, your vendor will eventually poof and all the items being offered to it will be destroyed as well.

They will eventually fall off sale and without skills you won't be able to relist them.
You only delay the inevitable.
