well really its 2 questions, Been a long time since i was merchant and just picked it up again.
What level of merchant do you need to use the barker droid?
I got one but i dont seem to have option to make it bark or to store a wp, I have option to retrieve wp only which is pretty useless.
The other question was after it goes low power will it still bark? If not seems like a pretty useless thing but thought id ask.

1. You need Advertising 4
2. I am struggling to remember, I believe it will not bark nor give out a wp.

Unless it has changed and I didn't notice, you need 4xxx merchant to use the droids.
Oops, someone beat me to it hehe.... but no it will not bark once it's low power.. not sure about the waypoint, not tried to be honest.

I noticed on my R2 barker that his battery started lasting significantly longer then normal. I've been able to leave him out on patrol for hours and only lose 10 percent

hi ive got merchant 4204 and i cant leave the planet my barker droid is without it being stored! now my question can u leave a barker droid on a planet then leave the planet? if so do i need master to do it?

If you are using JtL to travel, it will store, I believe.You need to travel the old fashioned way via the travel terms.

Hi
Finally got Advertising IV, and a droid with a merchant barker installed. Thing is I can not find an option to "program" the barker, it just gives me the normal options to teach it commands and to store/recharge. Any help on this would be greatly appriciated

PSSSTTTT use a period at the end of sentences.
go to vendor controll. and use "enable barker" or whatever.

Sometimes all the menu options don't come up right away. I sometimes have to click on the droid twice to get all the menu options. One of the menu options on the droid's radial menu will be to enable the ad barking, and to program a waypoint. Once you enable the ad barking, then you speak something, and it periodically repeats what you said.

Use capital letters and spell "control" correctly if you're going to criticize someone else's grammar / punctuation.
And to the OP - yeah you may have to fight with it for a second. Radial menus tend to bork out a bit sometimes, might be lag-induced.
