what would happen if i drop master merchant(+drop whole artisan line), but still got all vendors up?

you will not be able to restock your vendors without the proper skills, and the vendors will poof after 2 weeks if left without sales or restock.

but will i be able to remove stuff? i mean remove from sale and from the stockroom?

Yes, if you do it before it expires or the vendor poofs. ...whichever comes first.
