Thread: Community Crafting Project on Bazaar???

I was looking at the Misc items category on the bazaar last night and noticed a new subheading (at least I've never noticed it before): "Community Crafting Project"

Anyone else seen this? What in the world could it be? Has it been there all along and I just missed it?

I think for the Village of Aurillia there are quests for the city that any and all players can contribute too. I believe they are crafting quests, where folks can donate different parts of the final product. So possibly this sales item is for the raw materials or components for this?
