The vendors shouldn't have vanished for one more month.
I think that their owners decided to dispatch them early.

I had to give awaytwo of my sets of armor simply because i couldnt carry it, playce it anywhere or sell it on a bazaar. 2mil worth.
Mos Elsewhere mall has died (Bria).
Seems people have all had to pack up shop because they cant find/trust anyone to sell their wares and dont have skill points to use on merchant skills.
I think Bazaar limits need to be doubled and max prices needs to be lifed to something other than 6k, especially for auction, that shouldnt be limited.
I am selling all that I can off my vendor on the bazaar. And you are correct. There will be a wasteland effect on vendors. Only those guilded or with friends will have much to sell. The rest will be XP sinks. Good luck finding any.

i was one of those people who got rid of things early. I didnt want to wait to the end of 30 days. Luckily in the end i got someone to put up a small house.
Now i have two small houses full of stuff.
Mainly materials and loot.
The rest of the stuff i have selling on the bazaar real cheap.
I cant imagine every crafter out there wanting to run and get Merchant skillsjust to sell his stuff. Most the big well known crafters simply dont have to do it anymore because they have enough money to last until the universe ends.
Now i wonder. Lets say we have a large guild, who has a lot of crafters, how many of those are merchants also. Also how many merchants does the guild need, for those merchants to place enough vendors for themselves and every crafter in the guild.
Then what happens if one of those Merchants gets banned from the game, leaves the game, gets annoyed and holds your items for ransom or simply doesnt want to remain in the guild.
What we have seen already.
Less vendors from people not wanting to or unable to be a merchant.
Ghost towns.
Dozens more small houses popping up. (more lag)
In the long run, has this helped the keep the database size down, or has it only made people move from vendors to storing in small houses and factories.
I agree with the empty vendor changes and the storage limits, but has taking away the ability for maintaining even a very small vendor made the game better or worse?
Trust me, we want to step away from worse. There are already enough problems and complaints with other parts of the game.
Its like the nerf to squill cave. All changing the spawn did, was make the cave real easy for newbies or anyone to walk in and out without much fuss, it didnt stop people camping it. So now its no challenge for someone who isnt grinding xp, and its causing arguments and abuse due to kill stealing and such that has been happening at other places.
Some of these ideas seem in the short term to have an advantage, but in the long run lead people to find a work around or alternative, leading to the same problems, but now making it harder for the little guy.
