took about 2 weeks but an in-game CSR popped up next to me and finally helped me out, i didnt get the same 80k resources i lost, mostly because i didnt know what i had, but i was given 80k of various random resources by the CSR.

Here are some tips:

the CSR's have vendor logs on everything that goes in and out of your vendor, however they dont see resource names just the type ie. 400 iron, 200 steel. for deeds they see the full name and know what had been in there. Have the approximate date the items were input into the vendor, and have a list of the items you were missing.

Do Not lie to the CSR, he knows what lots you input and what lots you sold, he got back to me about an hour later and traded 80k resources (just random ones, cause i didnt have a list), 2 solar gens and a small house.

took 2 weeks but keep sending those tickets in, it paid off for me.

I got an in-game email from a CSR who said he had just missed me in the game, and wanted to set up a time when I would be playing and he could help me out with my missing items (78,000 resources!). The ticket had been in for more than a week, so I'm (crossing my fingers) delighted this is going to work out at last.

I think they will get to everybody who has the issue eventually but just the sheer amount of tickets they get everyday (probably at least 5 - 10,000) means there is a long wait time I guess.

I too got helped on Monday, I only lost about 55k in resources and goods. Thank you CSRVladimirM

I've sent in tickets on this twice. Both times I got a pretty much identical answer: that this isa "known issue" and therefore they can't help me with it, have a nice day.

Wow... they told me on mine they couldn't do items. thus I was pinched into taking credits for my items... not what I would have moved them for but rather what I invested in them.

I got the same "known issue" answer a few times, but the last time they said to recomment on the ticket if they hadn't reappeared. I wonder if there's been a change in policy.
