I was just reading the in testing notes and it said:
maximum price on vendor would be matched to maximum price on bazaar.
What does that mean? That I can't charge more than 3000 for any item? Does that mean, that I won't sell any high-quality goods while I'm not online, or in my store? This has got to be a mistake, or I must be reading it wrong.

There are some people who are currently experiencing a bug where they can't charge more than 3000 for an item. They are fixing that.
Don't panic, they aren't nerfing vendors!

Relax, it says "Fixed the max sale price on vendors being the same as the bazaar. " meaning it was an issue, and is no longer

I wish they'd change the wording, it's what everyone thinks of when they see it.

I hate to gripe, but they really should get a technical writer to go over these notes and make sure they make sense. I know the wording makes perfect sense to the devs and the QA folks. But if they're going to publish them to everyone, they shouldn't be in dev-speak shorthand. They should be grammatically corrent.
