I agree I have the same problem myself it has been ongoing and the Devs say they know about the problem along with the many other problems in this profession but I have yet to see a patch with any real fixes in it having to do with Merchant. I was building up a very good customer base with several regulars and now they have told me they perfer not to buy from my vendors because the stuff they purchase gets stuck, which is just bad busisness. You know what really stinks is when you pay all this money to maintain harvesters take all of the time to gather the resources just to put them on the vendor and loose them "that's right" even when I put something onmy vendor, sometimes I can't even retrieve them...Whats up with that non sense. In my opinion this makes this profession unplayable in which case it should be a #1 priority.

The really great thing here is that after the item has been stuck in the vendor for about 10 days, it disappears. I have had up to 21 items stuck in my vendor at one time, im down to 8 now due to them slowly vanishing. The whole fleet of CSRs took about 1.5 weeks to tell me im screwed and I can only wait for dev. In the mean time, im out just shy of 100,000 credits and I am now losing my inventory I was patiently waiting to get access to. Of course, gettting compensated is not an option.

When is beta 4 supposed to be over, and does it cost more to play retail?

Just as an update. Saw on another thread that the stuck item bug may be unique to NPC type Vendors. Spent 3 hours switching mine around this evening to plain old red terminals instead of NPCs amd now they appear to work perfectly and speedy even. Don't know what the deal is... just another SOE FUBAR I guess.

I'm usually mor of a board lurker than an outspoken person, but this issue has just become ridiculous. As a resource merchant i operate several personal vendors and try to run a profitible business.

But due to these bugs, the main one being items getting either stuck in the storeroom or being irretrievable by customers after they buy them, My business is losing vast amounts of money (not to mention time spent dealing with this issue) and my customers are getting upset and in the long run will stop using my store.

I have had no less than 5 people message me in game because they spent money in my vendors and then did not get their items. My many requests for help from CSR's have gone ignored for over a week now, receiving nothign but the standard form letter: We are aware of the problem, sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah. No offers of compensation for me or for my customers, no in-game contact, no resolution.

This Bug must be fixed soon! Make it a priority. This one bug alone could shut down many merchants and severely hurt the game economy. I know for myself I will most liekly close my shop doors for the time being, it is no longer worth it to me to deal with this bug and try to do the Devs job for them of explaining to my customers why they didnt get what they paid for.
