A friend of mine just built a new house and he gave me admin rights to the house. I was able to get a vendor from the control panel, but it's not letting me set it down. I'm getting the message "you do not have permission to access that container". Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

PS - The house is set to public access.

It's a long-standing bug with houses. Only the person who PLACED the house can drop and pickup items in the house.

At one time, you could trade the vendor to the person who had drop permissions, but this has been removed.

You'll have to wait until the house permissions are fixed (supposedly working on the Test Server now).

I have seen people get around this by using /transfer structure. The new owner can then place their vender and trasfer the structure back. after doing so you still maintain control of the vender.
