Merchant Archive

I placed 2 NPC venders in my new house. I paid maintenance on them and activated them. I put a small, Medium and large house on one. And a bunch of furniture on the other. 10 minutes later when I try and access them (or anyone does) I see the initializing vender screen pop up then it disapeers without showing the vender screen.

Has anyone else had this problem?
