Thread: Could someone please point me to a good post regarding efficiency?

I'm sure there must be one somewhere, but I was not able to locate doing a search (course, i could just be a doofus using the wrong terms)...
What I want to know is whether or not Efficiency IV works. The other efficiency boxes are pretty useless..i mean, who cares if I get a greatly reduced fee from a 20 cr charge on the bazaar (if *that* even works)....What I want to know if if Efficiency IV does indeed work for reducing maintenance on structures and if this applies to harvesters as well.
I need to decide on going up Efficiency first or Hiring (already have advertising).
