Thread: Sales But Profits not Showing in Account

I logged on today to find I had actually sold a few items but was dismayed only one of the sales profits actually landed in my account the other sale did not. Anyone else having issues with not recieving all the profits from thier sales ?

Slugeater at one time had some items offered to my vendor. I bought them, and he never was paied the money. He was offline when I bought them, and loged on 5 minutes later.

The money never ended up in his account, even several days later. He was convinced it was a offline problem. I do not know what the CSR guys ever told him.

His prob and yours sounds related.

Happened to me twice for a total loss of 250K. reported twice. /bug twice. No answer. No refund.Tickets deleted. Contacted online customer service. They answered i had to contact ingame customer service (who deleted the tickets).


Actually is there a customer service at all?

Happened to me, contacted ingame support. Ticket deleted. I don't always get money from the bazaar either.
