Example: I get Hiring II, and create a vendor who could only be hired with that skill. Later, I surrender Hiring II skill to free up skill points. Does this affect the existing vendor in any way?

Also, as a general question, is there a list somewhere of what, exactly, your new options are at the different levels of Hiring?
