Okay I have a vendor that has items for sale in it, and well most the time when you buy the item you can get it. But sometimes you can't, I have a friend that bought somethings from my vendor, I received the money (i have refunded to him) and he can not get the item out of my vendor and it no longer shows up for me because he bought it.

Also someone placed an offer in one of my vendors and it was a good one so of course I purchased it but I can not retrieve it from my storeroom of my vendor.

Anyone have this trouble or know if they are working on this bug? I have a ticket into a CSR but of course its taking them for fricken ever to get back to me.

This is how you fix the problem (Tag this):

1) attempt to retrieve each item, 1 at a time, top to bottom, in order, never repeating an item. Example: If there are 5 items to retreive, attempt item 1 (cancel), then 2 (cancel) then 3 (cancel) then 4 (cancel) then 5 (cancel).
2) Retrieve each item, in order, from 1, again.

It works.
