I've been checking the Merchantforum pretty regularly, and don't remember seeing this problem come up before.

I put a PA Hall deed on my vendor for 250K credits. The customer purchased the deed while I was offline. When i got back online, I had the confirmation email for the sale, but I DID NOT get the 250K credits. The customer did get the deed, and the money was deducted from their account.

I was hoping it was just a temporary lag issue, so I stayed online for over an hour, but the money never arrived. I then logged off, rebooted, and waited 10 minutes before logging in, but still no cash.

I've sent in an Open Ticket to a CSR, and keeping my fingers crossed.

To my knowledge, I've never had a problem with my vendor or receiving money while offline. In fact, when I logged in that day for the first time, I had received 50K from selling items from another vendor.

Anyone else had this happen, or heard about a similar problem? (And yes, I will NEVER trust mine or any other vendor with such a large sale again!)

It happened to me a few times. It always occured between the time the server went back and the time i logged on. I reported it several times, reports were royally ignored and of course nothing got refunded. It looks like SOE doesnt take this issue seriously, as they fear some reporters might abuse as there is no way to check if the credits were transfered or not. So you just have to swallow your loss and pray it doesnt happen again (but be sure it will, it happened twice to me)

I logged in Friday morning and I found the money in my bank account. Whew!

But I will never trust my vendors again for large sales. Just another reason, though, for getting rid of my Merchant skills, I guess...
