do you get merchant exp for selling items off the bazzar or only vendors?

It is my experience that selling items from both the Bazaar and my Vendors produce Merchant EXP. I am unsure of person to person trading.

Charging an entrance fee to your house also gets you merchant xp.
Ever wondered about those people charging 1 credit entrance fee?
