I have plans for expanding my company and want to have vendors other places then just in my shop. But... can I manage vendors (see what is in offer and stock and put items on sale) from one vendor? Or do I have to travel across the galaxy for maintaing it?

You can see the stock of all your vendors from the one vendor, just by selecting "entire galaxy". If you can actually manage them, i do not know.

If you retract an item from sale, it will most likely go into the vendor's stockroom. Try it, is all i can say.

You can do this to a limited degree.

I run vendors on several planets.

The key here is that items in that vendor's stockroom, if offered for sale, will appear on that vendor.

I have a vendor in a crafter's house and as he makes goods he offers them to my vendor at 1cr. I can then buy them from any of my vendors and offer them for sale for their actual price. That saves me a trip to that vendor to restock it.

If you withdraw a sale though, your only 2 options are to offer it again on that vendor or leave it in that vendor's stockroom for you to go pick it up. You can't retrieve that from somewhere else.

You can review the active sales, offers, and the stockroom for any vendor from any other or your vendors galaxy wide.

You can withdraw sales from the active sale list into the stockroom, and you can also put items up for sale from the stockroom.

You can buy items offered to a vendor remotely from another vendor, and you can them offer it for sale on that same vendor, but you'll have to make a trip if you wanted to take it off of that vendor to move it to another one.

Other than withdrawing and re-posting items, you cann't manipulate them remotely in any other way. f you're selling resources and wanted to split an item up into smaller stacks, for instance, or take items out of a crate, you'll have to visit the vendor personally.

The droid engineers have asked for a module that would let the owner, if an artisanwith vendors,bring up the vendor screenand do this from anywhere. I hope they get it.
