Ok newbie vendor question. How does one go about registering their vendor location on the world map?

What level Merchat do they have to be?

Advertising 3 Allows you to place your vendor on the map.

sorry I am at work or would look it up but I can help you look it up yourself!

CTRL+S to open your skill lists
Now click merchant.
now click novice merchant, and read the description it tells you, lookt at any +'s it gives.
Now click each box in merchant reading each one carefully.

the one that says it lets you advertise on the planet map, well it lets you advertise on the planet map.
