Is it possible to get to the skill box that lets you have a vendor, place the vendor, and then drop the skill points and still be able to use your vendor? I have 0 skill pts left, and would hate to drop something just to keep a vendor around. Is there any other way to get a vendor without artisan skills?

By all accounts, vendors vanish when you drop business three. The artisan forum is the most likely to know if that's still true.

Didn`t happen to me. I had Managment 1 with another character and dropped Merchant and Artisan tree. Still have three vendors.
