Is it possible to have more than one line in a sign or Vendor name? If so, how does one do this?

I go into notepad in Windows and type out what I want:

\#ff0000\Vicimus Resources and Trading
\#00ff00\Organics | Inorganics | Minerals

then cut and paste it into the set name field in the controls. Paste can be mapped under CTRL-O keymapping. Very useful.

Vendor names do not allow this. I run a test where the only difference was the line feed. It was rejected as the name of my vendor.

Signs do allow it though. I use a new email message as a working area for copy and paste.

You can also do this much easier using the in-game notepad now.

Type out the your mult-line message

copy the text using whatever keystroke you've bound the copy function to

open theSet Name dialog box for the house sign, and paste the multi-line text into the box (again, using whatever keystroke you've bound the paste function to).

If you want hex-colored text, you should still use Windows notepad. The internal note-pad seems to have difficulties with colored text.

True, vendor names can not be hex-color coded and multi-lined, but house signs can. I wish we could name our vendors differently as I'd like to have my signs and vendors all named the same.
