Okay, this has probably been asked a thousand times and it's probably a question any idiot should know the answer to... but I'm lower then an idiot so bare with me.
Anyhow, I'm placing a few Merchant Tents for my guild in our city because some of the guild members don't have the skill to place them. So I'm being nice and letting them have my lots. But I was curious, is there a admin list for the structure like any other sturcture where I can put anyone's name on it and they can pay maintaince, decorate, ect.? Or is it just the people with the correct skill?

yup..its just like any other structure.. other ppl can pay maint...and decorate and stuff and such hehe... just put them on the admin list
