The first SS is just to prove that he popped into my shop. The blacked out sections are a private conversation between me and my guildie.

Well itconfirms one thing, and that's that if you delete a vendor the bug is the items appearing in retrieve, not that they aren't retrievable--they should just disappear. That's not surprising; at least not to me.

I've also found that getting the info screen by double clicking and retrieving the item from there works more often than just retrieving from the main screen.

I hate to be too contrary, but I just assumed the first time I moved that if I deleted the vendor the items would disappear with her. It would be nice if there was a moving box or something, but I didn't expect it.

Now poofed or dysfunctional vendors, I'd hope for compensation (tho I'm beyond expecting anything).

There have been many peolpe who have click remove vendor by mistake or did not know better. There is no confirmation that you want to remove your vendor, so be careful checking the status.

none of those tricks work for me, and in my vendors, its only resources that stick

Did this trick work on things that were unretrievable right then or things that had remained unretrievable through a server reset?

One thing that seems to be happening for me is that if it's not retrieved through a server reset, it's not going to be.

I went to Rename my vendor one time and accidently clicked on Remove apparently.

Had 90 days of maintance and everything in my stockroom disappear with one click.

Why is there no confirmation if I want to remove vendor since everything in the vendor will disappear?

That was in the patch notes for the upcoming "big patch". Or one of the daily ones just recently. Either way, it's fixed or will be on the big patch. I was very relieved to see it. The lack of a destroy confirmation box on vendors was just a right bastage.

A confirmation was added Friday last week. It's in game and works now.
