Ok, so a real life friend and I want to open a shop together. I make weapons, he's an architect. Sharing one shop, we can attract more people to each other's vendors, right? Well... how can 2 people place vendors in a house? Or is it just completely bugged? I can't "place" a vendor in his house even with admin privelages because of the stupid bug. I can't give him the vendor deed because it says the deed can only reside in the owner's invetory or in a house which I have permissions...
Any suggestions anyone?

According to the In-Development Page, these issues are going to be fixed in the next patch.

Someone popped into the boards who plays on test and confirmed taht this was working on test, so it's a reasonable (but not perfect) bet it will be in the big patch.

/transferstructure works great. There are several shops in our player town outside Mos Entha where on player drops the house does a transfer, the other creates and places a vendor and then does a /transferstructure back to the original owner.

I actually have this arrangement with a friend. He's an architect, I'm a chef, and we run a shop together. I run all the vendors, which means only one of us has to take merchant skills. We just have to agree on prices, and meet up in game to transfer the items. It works out since he tends to sell a few high ticket items. I turned down a similar arrangement with a friend who sells spice, however, since he sells a ton of small items and the work involved would be a serious headache.
