I too removed a vendor from a house with items in it. The items show up in the stockroom on my other vendor but I can not retrieve them.

I know it was stupid to remove the vendor without taking the items out, but there was no warning or anything. I have seen others have this problem but can't find a solution to it.

Anyone?

no solution that I know of yet. They are showing up in the stockroom for the region, not for the other vendor itself, that is why when you try to retrieve it just sits there. I wish they had the vendors default to the vendor screen and not the region screen. That is what caused me to lose 82 items. I wanted to upgrade to standard terminals. I could see all the items for both vendors on each. I removed an item I knew I placed on the 2nd vendor on the first, clicked on the stockroom button, and there it was. So I figured okay, I can get rid of one vendor, replace, then get rid of the other, and I will be all set no need to withdraw sale/ retrieve item 82 times. Maybe if it had been after I had slept or earlier in the evening I would have been more cautious. It should at least tell you there are items in there when you go to remove it, and ask if you wich to proceed. At that point if they are lost they should really be lost, and not show up in the region screens on the vendors. I dont care about most items I lost, but about 22 of the 82 sales were resources, and that hurt.

Yeah, exactly. I sent in a ticket, no response yet.

What a nightmare this is. Devs you really need to address this one. Whoever the DBA is for the vendor section of the DB, needs to set the stupid stockroom to the new vendor and not the region. Cheesy!

Ok this is lame i tried to go to ad barking to change phrase said and accidently hit remove vendor and with no warning it deleted it now i cant get over 300 irems i had and i did have numerous weapons over 20k each i just lost 500k+ Devs please fix this and let me get my items and please add a yes/no for removing a vendor

Same problem with me. 100k of Items just sitting there in Vendor LaLa Land. Sent ticket a week ago and no respose either so...

Hopefully the longer we leave this at the top a Dev may actually see it and respond.. Better yet get it fixed! But apparently they don't care about us poor merchants, we're only needed for the poor player economy.

Would a dev PLEASE respond to this. I need a house that is stuck on a vendor!

To the top! Same problems here as well :\ Fortunately, I lost only small items, but that's not the point.

A new post in the Announcements forum says that items and credits lost to bugs will be replaced. This is good news. Make sure you keep those tickets current and active inside the Customer Service database.

I think i maybe have the record on this. 311 items worth maybe 1 million credits.

Shall I bump again!! Hey, we have to give them some credit as they did fix the bug where your sales went into the maintinence pool and you couldn't get to it. I bet the guys are working on this as we speak. Thanks Devs.
