I put down a new vendor today and it had the same stuff for sale as my first vendor that I had placed weeks before. I was able to withdraw a sale and retrieve from the stockroom with the second one, this was stuff I had placed for sale on the first one.

Has anyone had this bug? What's the point of having two vendors if they both sell the same stuff?

You are looking on the regional view. Though it looks like you have a shared stockroom. Sales will go back onto the vendor they came off.
