Thread: Vendor sales not updating my Bank Account??
I'm quite upset right now. I just logged into my account, after having been out several hours, and I read about 6 - 10 messages regarding vendor sales, totalling OVER 50,000 credits!(This is normal sometimes.) However, when I checked my bank account, it had NOT been updated, but by maybe 5,000 credits.
Has anyone else noticed this? I watch my money like a hawk and it is simply not possible that I overlooked 50,000 credits. Indeed, I am quite certain what I had before I logged out the last time.
It's all back now!!!
After logging-in and out 3 times, and doing other stuff. About 1 hour later, the money shows up in my bank account.
It guess it was just one of those 'glitches'. 
It happened again. I logged-in, and noticed that I had sold an item for 2000, but the number of credits in my bank account were identical to the way they were when I logged-out. Because it was only 2000, I didn't pay close attention, and the money may have returned this last time, but I'm not sure.
From now on, I'm going to start trying to reconcile my bank account with my sales. This is turning into a real job.

It's a known bug I believe. I sometimes will notice anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 from sales missing. And slowly, over the course of an hour, the money will start trickling back into my bank account. I'm not sure, but I believe our bank accounts are handled by a different database server, and there is some issue about it being slow or something. I've delt with a CSR on this issue before, and we really aren't losing money, it's just not showing up.

Well, it happened again today. I came home from work to find that I had sold about 85K in merchandise, and 28,000 even, was not credited to my account. The last 28,000 appeared to occur near the same time, and were the last sales made in the list. The last three sales were for 20K, and two sales for 4K each.
As a merchant, I need more confidence in my cash flow than I currently have. Something must have changed recently. What was it?
Its happening to me right now...had 60k worth of sales when I wasnt logged in and I haven't received credits...had a few sales while i'm on and got credits for that.
