No, a merchant cannot give you a vendor that you have full access to.

But can I at least control the inventory in it? Where does the money go when a item is sold?

As of right now, there is no way for a merchant to allow another player use of their vendors. There are some other solutions to getting your products sold...

1) Get business 3 and place your own vendor.

2) Find a trusted friend who is a merchant, give him all your items and have him pay you when they are sold.

3) Strike up a working relationship with a merchant, and offer to sell them your goods at a slightly reduced price, so that you get money for your goods, and the merchant can still operate at a profit.

4) Stand around populated areas and shout (and probably get flamed a lot in the process).

I am not a merchant but would like to have a vendor in my shop. Is it possible for me to pay a Merchant so he can come install one? If so would I be able to put in items I want to sell? Would I buy able to manage everything on my own or would I always need merchant to supply, give me my sales money etc...
