Has this happened to anyone else?

I offered a large lot of ore to a Armorsmith on his vendor. (After he sent me an e-mail telling me to do so as we were having difficulty meeting).

After several days of hearing nothing, I went back to his vendor to see if the offer was still there.

Poof!! No ore. Also no money creditted to my account. Now I am out 350000 credits.

Is this a common bug or something new?

I had items that were offered disappearing in the past. it doesn't seem a common problem, but it does happen.
