Say someone gives me riights to their vendor.....


say he is a novice or below and has a stock human NPC


now say i am level 4 merchant


can i dress his vendor or give it ad barking?...


I am hoping the answer is YES!

You cannot give rights to a vendor to another person, and they cannot be traded.
