Without maintenence if you activate it on the global map? Curious because I had a vendor disapear/go invisible before I put maintenence in him and I'm worried it will be gone by the time it surfaces again.

Tried logging out for 30 minutes and then logging back in and it appeared again. My thanks to those that helped.
