I just created an NPC vendor for a house of mine on Lok and when I placed him, he was stuck swimming.

No I couldn't interact with it; well I could, but it was suffering from the "Vendor Not Initialized" bug after being initialized.

I was in such a hurry when I placed it that I didn't think to take a pic. Dangit.

Sorry, but it was funky looking... About 2 ft off the floor.
