Thread: Restricted sales
Has anyone yet found a way to keep unwanted people out of a guild building with a vendor? putting guild:hp on my admin list with a high entry fee does not work, and we have over 80 people in the guild, so can't fit all the names on a list.
Help!
I thought they were fixing the admin lists.. but other than this method I can't think of another way to do it atm.
You could just place a high but not outrageous fee on the PA hall like 10k or so.. something that could be given back to the members at a later time..that would discourage MOST people from coming in..it wouldn't be 100% though.
Hmmm, Doc. Hadn't tried that. What's the syntax look like for setpermission ?

/setpermission entry Chataka
Same thing to remove someone in the list
Doesn't work on ban though for some reason..bugged I guess and no one has bothered to address it. I know it works on Admin but I haven't tested it on the others.

You can use the admin and entry list. You might be able to get everyone in.
I've tried this. Adding names to the entry list has no effect, since the house must be public to hold a vendor, and characters on the entry list still have to pay the entrance fee.

None of our guildmates on the entry list had to pay a fee when we had an entry fee on our PA hall... we had a small number of people on that list (only 15-20 or so) but they were all exempted from the fee..
Ok, /setpermission entry <name> worked to get past the entry fee...but I still can't put more than 50 people on the list ![]()
ANy other ideas?

istn' the command Guild:TIO
for me it's tio heheh
For me that goes in the ban list. ![]()
Actually for some reason the Guild:guildname allows entry to a private structure but doesn't exempt the members from the fee on a public structure. You have to add them by name.
Sorry to hear that the limit is a hard 50. That needs to get fixed :/
Is the limitation the list itself or the interface?
Can you use setpermission to add people to the list above 50?
