THE SITUATION:

I placed a Vendor in a Merchant tent. I was not the owner, I simply had admin. The goal was to create a multi-merchant tent.

Vendor was placed, an NPC, and I left momentarily to do something.

I come back, vendor not there. People who come in, also do not see him.

I try making a new vendor, says I have too many. The Vendor is being accounted for.

We redeed the tent. We figure, doing so destroys everything and should give me back the vendor.

Guess what? No dice. Vendor is still being accounted for. Cant make a new one.

Ive tried doing tickets, but they wont let me right now. No one knows what to do. I posted in the Tech Support forum, no response yet. Bleh. I have alot of things Id like to sell...

Didnt notice that post. But yeah, exact same situation.

Same story. Deleted one of my existing vendors. Placed merchant tent. Created a new vendor and stuck it in the tent. Looted all the items off one of my other vendors, came back to the vendor I'd just placed in the tent, and it was gone...

After reading your story and talking to another merchant in the game, i didn't destroy the tent to replace it. After about 20 minutes or so, I ran into the tent and the vendor appeared...

Until the vendor is loaded, you can't see it from outside the tent...

After that it seems to work OK... Suggestion if this happens to you; wait half an hour and then run into your tent. Your vendor may have just gone for a smoke break, or left for a bit to get warm. Those tents are chilly at night!

I haven't noticed anything so bad as 20-30 minutes but it does take me a couple of minutes to get my vendors to load sometimes. I also have to leave the structure and come back in sometimes to get them to load.

It will take a CSR to fix your problem now that you have redeeded.
