I had a couple of vendor way back in the day, and then i used to use a program called Swg Merchant or something.
You could save your emails and from this program you could check who bought what etc etc.
But now i cant remember the name, is this prog stilla round or do you guys use another one?

I use The Merchant's Friend. It is a great program and you can find it here:

I use swgmail.com. It's an online merchant helper (you upload your emails as a zip file). I personally like it better than the Merchant's friend.

I really like The Merchant's Friend, but it takes forever for it to open my archive of mails (about 5 months worth of sales). Does anyone else have this problem? I hate to switch over because I love the interface, but it's not quick and easy to check the archive for repeat customers.
