Thread: Bazzar search.. some chef tissue not showing up..

i was looking for the Multisacride diatamate.. and the caloric blah ( i dont know how to spell these stupid things)
anyway.. i used the Crtl-S and found the right spelling and went through the bazzar search.. Neither of these 2 are showing up. Was this an over site or am i missing something..

Odi changes the item names into initials with chef tissues so he can fit a serial number in. if you need something specific, it's always safest to use the object type filter.

thats what i was using was the crated object filter.. and itt was not showing up...
Hence why i posted here...

ah, I thought you actually typed in the name. did you make sure that you selected the whole galaxy instead of just the area?

Yup.. galaxie clicked.. i dont think i ever search a single planet, well maybe if im feeling extreamly lazzy
Honest go do a crated item search these things are not there.. It was missed maybe i should post this in the bugs??? Its bad enough not many people make these things but not to be even able to search for um.. Ahh well no one will have um anyway, i dont know why im even bothering lol.. I might as well be asking for a pink bothan slave that sings show tunes.. You wouldnt happen to know where i can find one do you?

Well, items don't show up if there aren't any for sale. The flavor tissues (other than tetramate for Parwan) and filling tissues were never really worth the trouble pre-CU, and the market's still kind of up in the air with all the food changes. BEs may not have swapped production over (plus possibly being busy with stim / medical enhancer / new tailor tissue manufacturing).
An easier way to make sure you get the search right is to just browse the category tree to misc -> factory crates -> {item name}. This way even if the BE renamed the tissue (which would screw up the text search) you'll still find it.
And while I'm thinking about it, which category did you highlight when you did the search? You won't get anything back if the "Weapons" category is selected. 
There's also a chance that any BEs with these for sale may have bundled up a bunch of crates into a satchel or backpack. Try searching by the tissue name under "wearable containers" (since any rational merchant would rename the container to match the contents).
