I had this happening to me several months ago. The only way I could get around it was to access the vendor and pull as much stuff from the stockroom as my inventory would hold. Then put it up for sale. Then, I would have to access the stockroom on another vendor that I had in the same area (and it would let me pull items from the stockroom there even though the items were on the other vendor). Then, I would go back to the first vendor and sell all the stuff from my inventory. Then,I could access the stockroom on the first vendor, and my stuff would be there again until I pulled something or sold something from there. Basically, I just had to go back and forth between vendors to get all my stuff pulled into inventory and then relisted. It was a pain in the neck (as well as other places south of there), but it is a workaround until it gets fixed.
