yes, by banning from the Shop or (if possible) from the whole city.

On a single vendor, nope

Actually there are a few people whose mere existence offends me, I don't want anything from them.About 10 or so...

Fortunately most of them were banned or left the game on their own accord.

if you can't wait for it to be made and ready for use then don't ask me to craft it and sell it

I've ingored a lot of people cuz they kept sending tells asking "when will my ????? be ready and why do I have to come and get it from you"
