U ever get sick of all those merchents spamming??!? Like if ur trying to get AP points and ur spamming but 1k merchants are always like buy bla bla and **edit**. See if they put bilboards in they could advertise without being annoying!!

I don't believe it will allow you to browse the actual vendor but instead of price list or other material written by the merchant into the droid. (I could be behind but I think that was the proposal) There are apparently technical limitations that prevent the vendors from being linked directly to the droids.
Re: Billboards there have been a couple of ideas floating around one of which has to do with city decorations. I haven't heard anything about those ideas one way or the other.

Naming harvesters is a simple billboard. I can't say absolutely that it made a difference, but it seemed that when I started naming my harvesters with a colored waypoint and short description, that traffic to my shop picked up a little.

Publish 8 is going to help eleviate this. There will be an advertisment module for droids that will let people browse your vendors from your droid. Now you can just leave a droid out to do your advertising for you. This is how I understood the publish notes.
